Requirements for Program Participation
1. The unit must be a refrigerator or stand-alone freezer in clean, empty, and working condition.
2. The size of the refrigerator/freezer must be between 10 and 30 cubic feet.
3.You must be a current residential member of a cooperative that is offering the recycling program.
4. Program participants may recycle up to two units per single-family household.
5. In multi-unit apartment buildings, the landlord may schedule the recycling of the unit on behalf of the tenant with the tenant’s knowledge.
6.Program participants must provide clear and safe access to your appliances for the removal team. They will not risk injury or be able to move personal effects or modify your home (e.g., remove door or railings) to remove the unit(s).
7. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign and release the unit.

Hoosier Energy Recycling Rebate Program...

A Rebate amount of $30 will be issued for your effort in recycling responsibly and helping reduce energy demand.
